How Billing Works
Please keep your payment information up to date to avoid interruptions in services. Our medical billers send invoices bi-monthly via Square, where you can access a breakdown of appointment dates, insurance payments, and your financial responsibility in the attached PDF.
Washington Christian Counseling partners with JS Billing Services to streamline claim submissions. Invoices are sent electronically via Square every 15-30 days, and payments are automatically processed 7 days after receipt unless you raise any questions. Paper invoices are not sent, but you can view and pay invoices at your convenience. If you need an estimate for counseling costs, your provider can offer guidance on how many sessions might be beneficial.

Please verify your mental health benefits with your provider. Deductibles may reset in the new year, affecting your financial responsibility. In-network primary insurance claims are submitted electronically, and secondary claims are processed after the primary insurance. Any remaining balance after insurance is the patient's responsibility. CMS forms will be provided for reimbursement assistance.
Non-insurance clients should inquire about potential rate changes for individual, couples, or marriage and family therapy.
