As a Christian Counselor, I provide counseling grounded in the Bible. It is my conviction that my Christian worldview shapes how I understand human nature, trauma, grief, sin, and relationships so I am upfront about that lens from the start of providing counseling with each client. While I take joy and pride in being clinically informed, I believe ultimate healing comes from the Lord, as I’ve personally witnessed the transformative power of Jesus bringing healing to people’s lives.
I specialize in supporting believers as they navigate challenges in relationships, porn addictions, life transitions, unwanted behaviors, infidelity, growing in being assertive, healing from spiritual abuse, and trauma in varied forms.
I offer a trauma-informed, safe space for teens, young adults, and adults alike to see healing, wholeness, and even personal growth in their faith. It is my heart to provide tools for healing and reduction in distressing symptoms that come from these challenges.

Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations and missed appointments incur a $75 fee.*

Individuals that are out of network or are not using insurance can discuss payment details at the time of service.

Insurance
In-Network: Regence BlueShield, Kaiser PPO & HMO, Premera, First Choice Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, LifeWise. Please check with your provider for pre-approval and benefit details. Claims are submitted weekly by a medical biller.
Out-of-Network: Many plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits. You’ll pay upfront and receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
First Session & Cancellation Policy
Your initial 50-55 minute session includes necessary paperwork and a clinical interview to determine your therapeutic direction. If using insurance, please review accepted plans and bring your insurance card. Out-of-network or self-pay clients can discuss pricing and payment plans at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, HSA, and FSA.
